UNRELIABLE PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE

There have been several internet and landline phone outages over the past week and a half. I hope I am not going to be billed the full amount and my bill will be reduced to compensate for the outages. One outage was substantial - Wed. afternoon until Sun. night. Your service is VERY unreliable and I hope you fix your problems SOON or I will be forced to find more reliable service.
