Unbearable ping and packet loss on rocket league.

I’ve been on this forum for almost a year trying to get some resolution to this issue. I see that I’m not alone. Trying to chime in on other discussions related to this issue come up short because all of the discussions are locked. We need to keep the screws tightened on Cox. This issue is ridiculous and has been going on for too long. I have no other ISP options in my area but I’m thinking about getting a hotspot until I can figure something out. Let me know if anyone else has figured out a fix. Cox will just tell you to check your cables, reboot router and hardwire into the modem.  None of these things are the issue or resolve the problem.
