Unable to send email from cox.net email address when using the new outlook
When using the new outlook, I am unable to send or reply to emails using my cox.net email address. I have to go to Mail or webmail. We have tried all suggested fixes. Please correct or advise. Thx, DHM
Best place to start is verifying the email settings in Outlook. If you can't send, the problem is in your Outgoing Mail Settings (SMTP). Also note there are 2 different types of servers: IMAP vs. SMTP.
