HI Matt85254. Are you testing a hard wired connection or a wireless connection? For testing purposes, please bypass the router, disconnect the ethernet cable and the power cord to the modem, give it 30 seconds and then plug the power cord to the modem back in. It will take up to 5 minutes for the modem to reset. Once reset, directly connect a computer to the modem and run a speed test using www.cox.com/.../speedtest.html and send those results. - Lisa, Cox Support Forums Moderator
