To Cox Forum Technical Support staff:

Hello:

What is the best way to have a review/discussion session concerning internet connectivity issues (with multiple screen print outs) that I know requires explanations with one of Cox's senior IT staff employees.

    Call them! The tech can generate the error dumps on his end.

    I had to call them once and was very impressed.
