Hi Mettleurgist. When you see an email in Cox webmail that shows a line through it, it is in the process of being deleted and may take a few minutes. When set up moving a message to a local folder in Thunderbird, were you doing for each email account or were you trying to set up one global inbox? I apologize that we provide limited support for Thunderbird since it is a 3rd party email application.
