Same exact issue here using Gigablast in Phoenix, AZ. My speeds during the day are fantastic sitting around 450 down / 25 up. For the last month or so, as soon as 7-8pm comes around, my uploads speeds tank to almost nothing and picks back up at about 6-7am the next morning. I tested my speed tonight as soon as I got home from work hoping that I would have some time to play games with my group on friday night before my internet inevitably shits the bed and it was 389 down / 27 up. As soon as I started up the Discord app and loaded Steam.. BAM I am now sitting at 0.12 up. This has been the bane of my existence for the last few weeks having to tether internet from my phone so that I can reliably take online exams and play games with poor latency. I've tested a brand new wifi adapter, literally hiked my PC downstairs to plug into the modem, and just replaced my motherboard with a higher quality unit with exceptional network capability. I have been diagnosing a ghost for the last 5 weeks and I'm 100% certain that it is no fault of my personal equipment. These speeds are borderline criminal to be charging customers for considering that the internet during these sessions is absolutely worthless for anything other than streaming videos.
