Also, my connection was great from early this morning up until 4pm. I was getting decent down speeds and great up speeds but when it got close to 4pm (3:50pm approximately) my up speed was just turned nearly off. How can you explain such precision and consistency each day at the same exact time? That is no coincidence. Every cox customer doesn't just randomly decide to start using their up speeds right at 4pm each day. I'd love to hear an explanation for this.
