Terrible Upload Packet Loss Providence, RI Area

no the problem is anything but resolved. still going on tonight even though the tech said they had partially resolved it. This is getting extremely frustrating and has been going on for over a month.

      Hi Bobc170, please disconnect your router, connect your modem directly to a computer using an Ethernet cord, reset the modem, and then run another PingPlotter traceroute or two. Thanks! -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
