Starting service

So I decided to sign up once again with cox just to be let down again due to the line outside. A new line needs to be installed all the way at the end of the alley way which would be about 6 houses down. The techs keep rescheduling promising me that someone will come but I need to reschedule. Now I work from home and my kids have online classes every Wednesday and more likely need summer school. How can I get someone to install the cable line already.
