Spotty internet and Packet loss at the same time every night.

Every night at around 8:00 PM EST to roughly 10:00 or 11:00 PM EST my connection begins to experience high pings, jitter, and packet loss but the download speed remains relatively fine. This randomly...

I did take a look at your modem and it is pretty dated. It wouldn't hurt to update it. In the meantime it appears to be getting a very good cable signal. I'm not able to detect any packet loss or latency issues. Are you experiencing this problem when you're on any particular websites?

    No particular websites or programs, it just seems to act up at specific times of night. If I had to choose an application in which the issue is most noticeable however it would probably be "Discord."
