slow speeds
Anybody else in the Gilbert area getting speeds low enough that the internet basically might as well be out? 1.98mbps downloads, upload looks OK, but, this has been happening since the recent outage

We’ve had no internet for going on 19 hours and no explanation or ETR.

I was able to locate your account based on the email address you registered your Forums user ID with, and you are in an area with increased internet traffic and probably seeing an impact to your service at certain times of the day. Fixing the problem is taking longer than normal, but our engineers are working quickly to provide the best possible experience.

I’m in North Phoenix and my speeds have been cut in half since an outage on June 24th. Cox support has been zero help. Tomorrow I’m going to call and downgrade to the cheapest option or just cancel altogether.
