I have the same issues in streaming vids and in WOW ... major latency issues for over a month now. Also decided to power up my XBOX today and had same problems on every game i played (4 different major games) and every one lost connection every 5 minutes. This is pathetic and clearly is a cox issue ... not the gaming companies. Im at the point of disconnecting my service and going with a slower competitor just to have stability. customer service is of zero help ..... running speedtests and resetting my modem isnt going to solve this major issue

Would you mind sending this over to cox.help@cox.com? I'd like to take a look at your equipment in greater detail. Additionally, we may have to send out a service technician. -Kevin
