Keep calling, that is what I did until I got into contact with the right person that knew what he was doing.
I was thinking of calling again. For some reason, they keep sending out subcontracted techs. The cars are unmarked, but their uniforms have cox on them. It makes me really doubt that they know what they're doing.
yeah they don't care as much as the real cox techs do.
