damjinx54 I was able to locate your account using your forums credentials and can see the documented recent outages. It's no wonder you're upset. I would be too. I know how important it is to get the best value for your dollar these days and to be reliably connected to the things you care about, but please know I don't have any additional information regarding outages. The outage details presented to agents is the same information presented to customers when you sign into the Cox app. I can understand wanting to know why, but we typically just don't have any details available.

Billing, account and some service issues require the sharing of sensitive information to resolve which isn't best suited for a public forum.
