Service

The service in this area is terrible. We don't go a week without losing internet service a few times in the week. In the last two week it has been horrible. I get it you all ask that we be patient, but how much patience do you all expect when a person should be able to work from home but can. Please inform me as to when you all think service will be on for a continual basis. People's jobs depend on internet and in the last several months Cox is not proven to be very reliable.
