Service down

My internet service goes down daily for 1 pm to 10 pm. It gets spotty and goes out completely. I don’t want to to be told to check for internet speed, because I can only do it when I have internet service and that defeats the purpose of needing internet service that is mostly reliable. 

i don’t want to be told that my internet service will work better with a cox modem. I have a military grade modem which works just fine. 
i hope that someone will read this and take notice.
