My internet was out for about 5 hours today. I missed a zoom meeting. When service was restored I got on Chat with Oliver. I was told my outage would be reimbursed to the amount of $8.42. Is that what Cox thinks my time is worth? Service in my neighborhood has been spotty for a month and apparently no-one at Cox cares enough to admit there is a problem or offer a timeline for fixing it. I hate Cox.
