I'm with the rest of you, info from Yahoo nor Cox is helpful with all of this.😒Did others receive an email or from Yahoo about the type of server connection, IMAP or POP being used? Thanks!
IMPORTANT: Before changing a POP server on a 3rd Party App, 1) Download all emails first into the POP App before doing anything else. 2) Mark all Emails as Read in the 3rd Party App, The reason why is all old existing emails will come in as a duplicates. If you marked everything as Read, all the duplicates will be in your Unread Folder. That way you can easily delete all the duplicate Unread emails.
