I've had numerous techs come out and finally had a field technical specialist admit to me that there is a problem that myself and about a thousand other people in my area are experiencing. At this time there is not a solution. Downgraded to ultimate service and now I have better speeds. My issue is Cox sold me a service they couldn't deliver and admitted that it is a problem they were aware of but don't know how to resolve. Anyway I was credited for crappy service and all is good now. I would still like to have faster speeds, but I refuse to pay for a service that can't be delivered.
