Terrible connection
Imagine paying almost $200 a month for internet to be down every week. What other internet provider is there that's not as bad as this.

First, not sure what you are are paying for, for 150$ a month, I can get 2 gb service, and home phone service. WHAT are you paying almost 200$ for?
What modem are you using? What router? Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet? Have you tried replacing cable wires, splitters/barrel connectors? Have you had a technician out?
These forums are for Cox customers to assist one another. if all you want to do is kvetch, nobody can help.
