Hi Jedos, for your modem and local network configuration, the Tx threshold is 30. Your Tx has been hovering just under 30 for the past several days. The Rx threshold is -12 to 15, with SNR 31 or greater. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Becky, We had a tech come out on Sunday and he put an attenuator right behind modem. Looks like it brought the upstream power up a bit. Unfortunately we are still experiencing very high packet loss to AWS (Fortnite and Overwatch). What's the next step?
- KevinM26 years agoFormer ModeratorHello, I am not detecting any packet loss or any signal issues as of this moment. Are you able to hard-wire to the modem and run a speed test for us, please? https://bit.ly/2lxbIS9. Also, would you mind sending us a copy of a traceroute? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Kevin,
Here is a ping plot to AWS. Packet loss starts around the 6th hop.

Thanks for sharing your results, the 6th hop appears to be owned by Amazon which is outside of our network. I suggest reaching out to your game's technical support contact and sharing this info to see if they have any suggestions or if they could perhaps get in touch with their Internet provider to investigate further.
