thanks guys for replying, I did reset it, I did get back in. After resetting it I got a message about needing to change the admin password, I did not see this when I logged in after it was initially installed, but I have now changed that. I would have reset it sooner but was concerned I would have to call in and get it set back up on the TV side. I got the internet, Wi-Fi, TV and most of the home life stuff working again with minimal effort, but my camera wont connect. I was having issues with this before resetting the modem, "communication lost" message when I would login to the home life app, I removed it, and have tried to re-add it, but when the app scans is says it cannot detect it, I have read other posts here with people having issues with the camera, any thoughts on that? I have tried several times with the "Y" cable, no luck
