Hello Deckape,
Your server settings should matching the following:
-incoming server: imap.cox.net:993:1
-outgoing server: smtp.cox.net:465:1
-The username should be your email address without the "@cox.net"
-All of the check boxes at the bottom of the account settings screen should be checked.
Please let us know if you are able to send an email message to yourself.
