Okay so ima try to explain this.
I contacted cox through the website and asked for help many times (you can check logs) they sent a signal to my modem and nothing would really happen they sent a technician and he said that the problem is that the node that is providing internet to everyone not just in my neighborhood is over populated, that it cant keep up with everyones connection.he said he doesnt know when it would be fixed but it has been 2 months at least and nothing is different. the internet seems to be somewhat good around 12 at night til 5 in the morning or 7

this is so annoying something has to be done send someone to check the nodes and youll see whats happening theres probably thousands of people connected to a node that cant support having so many yall a rich company put up more nodes for everyone to have a good service paying $121 only for garbage internet.

Since you are having technical issues, we cannot schedule a work order for someone to check the lines outside. We will have to schedule a trouble call in a 2-hour time slot to allow the technician access to your equipment. It is possible that if we make changes outside, it could potentially cut all your services out. Please send us an email with the full-service address and full name to cox.help@cox.com so we can work towards a resolution.
