Hello. Your modem is not reporting any packet loss from our side. However, the modem is reporting some intermittent time out errors. This will cause some breaks in the signal and impact the services on your end. Are there any signal amps or splitters on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator.

There is not, the line is straight from the pole, to the cox converter box, to the modem.
