Pro Connect
So call me stupid think I just need to vent. I recently moved from 1 apartment to another in same complex. I just wanted transfer of services. I have been charged for $100 for installation of Pro Connect. I never ordered it. Certainly don't need it as I am quite happy with 250mbps. I spoke to Cox chat and of course usually run around. Does anyone think I have recourse? In a way it's deceptive practice IMO. Anyone have same issue? Thanks.
