Precisely Timed Daily Cox Network Outages
What could cause a Cox system outage to occur everyday at exactly the same time for many days in a row?
For 8-days in a row, the outage occurred at 7:11am, and for the past 4-days it has occurred at exactly 10:29am.
The cable modem goes offline and shows a complete loss of signal when these outages occur.
The Cox phone app always says there is high Internet traffic in my area that could affect internet speed and connectivity. Multiple calls to Cox were made when the outages occurred, and they always said they are aware of an outage in my area and technicians are working on it.
