I am SO TIRED of these DAILY outages. EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!!! I was having this trouble before, so I upgraded my service last summer and was told these issues would magically disappear. Now I pay more for the same crappy service. Lately the issues happen at least 20 times every morning. Cox obviously can't handle the load being placed on their network; I understand that. I'm frustrated at paying more for service that doesn't work though. It impacts my work and my daughter's schooling.

Maria, can you please answer the questions posted here? I'm sure that others looking at these posts would like to hear a technical explanation from Cox about what could cause a daily outage and the exact same time.
