Port Forwarding stopped working

Hello,

I recently added a port forward on my Panoramic router and once I did that all of my existing Port forwarding stopped working.  When i add that port i noticed i was no longer configuring on the router but through a web page.  when i left the web page all of my existing forwarding stopped.  i can't get any port forwarding to start again.  any suggestions?

    Hi Gssmith, have you tried setting up port forwarding through the app? We recommend also clearing the cookies and cache from your web browsers. Please also make sure your operating system is up-to-date.

    To port forward using the Panoramic WiFi app, tap on:

    Network > Advanced Settings > Port Forwarding > Add Port Forward > Select the device for this port forward. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
