Hi Ampsonic, I ran a few tests on your modem, and we are not detecting any packet loss at this time. Additionally, hop 2 (100.127.5.14) is outside of the Cox network. As this is outside of the Cox network, this would be out of our scope of troubleshooting. -Kevin
Isn't hop 2 10.77.0.1, within the cox network, and where the latency is being introduced?
- 10.77.0.1 appears to be a private IP Address, and not on our network. As none of these hops exhibit any packet loss, the 109.2 Average could be because of distance traveled for these packets or simply packet deprioritization. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
