Is there a way to change nodes or no?
Cox can split your node so that 50% are put on one and 50% on the other. Requires them spending money and coming out and building it. Likely will take a complaint to the FCC: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fconsumercomplaints.fcc.gov%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Frequests
Filed one last week, still waiting on a response from Cox.

No worries, the more people that due the more attentions the FCC will be placed on them. Will force infrastructure upgrades that should of been made years ago to get done. Ideally one day there should be legislation passed protecting consumers from over selling bandwidth packages on a node for cable type providers where your internet bandwidth is shared with your neighborhood.
