its cox's routing

EXACTLY! I have sent them images and there is a server that I am connecting to that is causing all this. I told them the server IP address but they are not listening to me and saying everything is fine which is not true cause I can use VPN and then everything is normal again. They told me they can send someone out here but for what reason? It is not an issue on my end. They can change my routing path so I don't connect to that server but they are not doing it.

File FCC, and BBB Complaints, get your voice known. Don't stop complaining, make them fix it by using your voice, them telling you it's not the issue when it clearly is, is just them laughing in your face, just keep the complaints rolling till something gets fixed, about all the advice I can give.

I will see what they do after because I just saw his reply and update you once they email me back.
- Allan5 years agoModerator@Anotherrandomuser, I recommend having a device run a pingplotter to the server in question and respond back here with the results. This will give us an idea on where the route is failing. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

If I run the ping plotter to the cox server it self, it says 100% packet loss. Instead, I ran pingplotter with the game server where you can see the route it is taking and the increase in ping when it reaches the cox server.
I have attached the first diagnostic that was done about 6 months ago and the other attachment is pingplotter test.
This is the pingplotter test:
