Setup your web browser default webpage to something else such as foxnews.com. Not sure why you've chosen to use Cox home page as your news source anyways. Use the following web browser (chrome) extensions for ad removal and privacy:
- Privacy Badger
- Nano Defender
- Nano Adblocker
- Pop up blocker
- Cookie AutoDelete (This one is actually great for cookies)
Other web browsers besides Chrome have the same ones are similar ones.
