    1.  Log into Cox.com
    2.  Click My Account in upper-right
    3.  Choose My Account from dropdown
    4.  Navigate to Billing Section
    5.  Click arrow icon (>) in header of Billing Section
    6.  Click View Statements
    7.  Navigate to Billing Period

    I think curtb found your issue:  You have a month-to-month contract.  Although you can auto-pay and renew this contract, your account will only reflect the current contract...or month.

    I guess the best place for a history is documentation from whatever service you use to pay and renew your monthly contract.
