1. Log into Cox.com
2. Click My Account in upper-right
3. Choose My Account from dropdown
4. Navigate to Billing Section
5. Click arrow icon (>) in header of Billing Section
6. Click View Statements
7. Navigate to Billing Period
The first picture is my "Billing Section". The only (>) is over "Account". The second picture is where I go when I click on that (>). There is no "View Statements".

Cox ModeratorService details on the OP's profile page show the account is set up for Cox Straight Up Internet. This is a pay-as-you-go Cox internet service with a fixed monthly price and the following features.
- No installation fees
- No equipment rental
- No contract
- No commitment
- No credit checks
- No deposit or hidden fees
In addition to the above, Cox Straight Up Internet also appears to have:
- No online payment history
Maybe a moderator will research it and let us know if that's the case.
Since payment in advance is required, profile billing preferences only listed "EasyPay options". "Mailing address" and "Paperless billing' weren't included.
