Parental Controls Help
I have the DG2460 model. Below is what my user settings look like when logged in to the parental controls section.

Perhaps entering a Trusted MAC Address to allow administration from your device...or did you remove it for privacy?
Are you trying to administer wired or wirelessly?
I removed the addresses for privacy, but my computer and cell phone are added to the trusted mac address.
I mostly use wireless on my laptop to access things, but I also tried logging into the device with a desktop which is wired and had the same issue.
I did try going to the Arris website and looking for any updates of hardware or firmware but there weren't any there... Seems I may have to contact Cox support directly and see what's up.
