Panoramic WI Fi app and Iphone wi fi failure

I have had a Panoramic WI FI system for 2 months. The wi fi failed on my 6x Apple iphone after a power outage and reboot of the wi fi. No access to the app either, all frozen up. Same thing happene...

Make sure the devices have•iOS version 11.0 or later. Also, can you see the devices listed as not connected on the wifi app?
