We would need to be looking at your equipment and others in the area when this is happening to determine if there is something going on in the area. I am not seeing any packet loss currently. I would recommend either emailing us at cox.help@cox.com or reach us on Twitter(@CoxHelp)/Facebook when this happens and we can take a look at that time.
