You mention having an SB5120 modem which is a DOCSIS 2.0 that doesn't allow you to get the full performance. We suggest upgrading to a DOCSIS 3.0 or 3.1 modem that will allow maximum performance. I'm providing a link with Cox compatible modem https://bit.ly/38Gn0ND.
