Outlook can't connect to Cox IMAP server

I was connected from Outlook to Cox mail until I had to change the password on my Cox email.  Now when I try to re-establish a connection to using the new password it fails over and over.  I've tried everything under the sun and nothing works.  Yes I'm using the currently published Cox server names and port numbers but nothing works?   What do you suggest?

    if you have any other device/s that ping the server for email, change the pw on all devices.
