Like everyone else my wife and I have been having non stop email problems with Cox.
I've been with them for 17 years (slow learner) and am about at the end of my rope. The only reason I've stayed with them is that I own several TiVo boxes that represent a significant investment and it's a pain in the **** to change email addresses. But their service and customer service are so bad that I'm trying to convince my wife to switch to DirecTV for TV and Centurylink for all other. We can use gmail and not have all these issues.
When a company cares so little about its customers the customers need to find a new company with which to deal.
