Hi Ron
My IT guy at PZ Buzz (Orange, CA) solved it today, Jan 31, as follows:
1 - Delete all e-mail in the Outgoing Box
2 - Change Password
3 - Update the server settings as follows:
a) Incoming Server: 995
b) Outgoing Server: 587
c) Encrypted connection: TLS
