You ROCK! I was so frustrated and about to give up after not having any luck through Cox messenger or through their online suggestions. (We couldn’t sent outgoing messages for about 3 weeks and nothing I tried worked.). I said a little prayer and found your post on this forum!! I went into my Cox account and changed my password. I didn’t really want to change all my devices to a new password so changed it back to my old one. Waited about 10 minutes and could send emails again!! Thanks for posting!!
