Outage for over a day now. No customer service help

After being disconnected from multiple chats on the extremely buggy app (doesn’t help that I have no internet) I decided to turn here.

I was told at 8AM someone would be coming to fix my complex’s internet outage at 11AM, it is almost 11PM now. Ive spoken with 4 agents today all who said it would be restored shortly and that people are working on it. No one has came out yet. I am requesting a refund for the time lost on this outage. There is no reason why a Tech couldn't have came out today. Its been 24hrs without internet and we rely on it to work, and make our income
