Hi Nicoleare, are there any splitters on the coax connection to the panoramic modem? If so, disconnect the splitter. Unscrew the coax cable from the back of the modem. Then, connect the coax cable from the outlet directly to the modem. Unplug the power from the modem for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Does the online light go solid, or is it flashing? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
