Ongoing lag/packet loss
I've been through this channel multiple times and had at least 3 senior inhouse Cox tech visits and they can only say that its due to network congestion. However, I've been getting issues even at 4 AM on a Tuesday night which can't possibly be due to congestion. I noticed large amounts of uncorrectables to my modem, as well as constant error messages in the modem event log.
