Omaha, NE I pay for 150 Mbps down and I am consistently under 80 Mbps - There must be throttling going on here.

Created a dedicated raspberry pi 4 with 4GB RAM to test my internet connection every 5 minutes and here are the results.  The connection is wired from raspberry pi to 5 port switch to office ethernet rj45 cat5e to brand new unifi dream machine router to brand new ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White.  I pay for 150 Mpbs down and here is what I get  for the past 6 hours today.  See here : https://imgur.com/A1uDzHW
