Not happy with cox right now!

Hello everyone just pretty curious to see has anyone’s Internet been out for the past two weeks. Our Internet goes down daily for 2 to 3 hours a day and at night for at least three hours not understanding why no reason app always says no issues in your area just trying to find out why can anyone help me with this? Thank you

    We want nothing more than for you to enjoy your services.  Two weeks is unacceptable and we need to investigate immediately to get to the bottom of this!   Please send us an email with your name and service address to Cox.help@cox.com.  Surely we can work together to find a solution and improve on our current relationship.  I look forward to working with you.

  • I’m in the same position with this horrible company! It’s like clockwork with the outages 😠 the customer service is the WORST too. I reached out to explain my issue and the rep decided to “reset” my device and “watch for any issues”. Of course, there weren’t any issues with the equipment but no matter how many times I explained it to the rep, all he said was “we need to send out a technician to inspect your device”. As SOON as another internet provider covers my area I’m dropping Cox. They will gladly take your payment but don’t bother to offer any credit/discount for their failure at providing reliable internet 😠

    I work from home and it's insane how horrible and unreliable the Internet has been. They need to refund everyone for the weeks of issues! Please get it together cox!

      What modem are you using? Have you tried changing the cable wire from the modem to the wall? What lights do you have on the modem, what color are they?
