not getting emails, even from myself.

i want to know why thunderbird is saying "the connection was refused" and why this seems to happen every 4-6months; as well as why cox's webmail apparently isnt capable of getting any emails, even fr...

It's now 4:33 pm PT. and still not working for some desktop client software.

    Yes myemail.cox.net using a browser works fine.  However, all the problems (see other threads here) are from various desktop client software programs no longer working.
